Bar area in Private Residence

The bar area in this modern house is encircled by a necklace of pivoting miniature plate and ball fixtures, finished in a rustic stainless steel to match the other natural materials being used around the house.

The flexibility of the system allows the owner to direct the light simply and effectively where it is needed - the fact that the light heads are themselves cool to touch and electricity-free has encouraged this client to be particularly hands-on!

Light heads that aren't needed as functional downlights over the working counter top can be re-directed and used to light newly acquired paintings, objets d'arts, or other occasional memorabilia such as all families are wont to collect.
